Welcome to ScaleDraw.com, the website and online service of ScaleDraw (“ScaleDraw,” “we,” or “us”). This page explains the terms by which you may use our online and/or mobile services, website, and software provided on or in connection with the service (collectively the “Service”).

Use of Service & User Information
ScaleDraw works an online browser-based login and subscription service that empowers our users and others to design and delivery of different models. Users are solely responsible for the accuracy and content of their user information. User are also responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their password, and for any and all activity that occurs under your account as a result of your failing to keep this information secure and confidential. You agree to notify ScaleDraw immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or password.

Subscription Service
You may not sell or modify the content of this Website or reproduce, display, publicly perform, distribute, or otherwise use the materials in any way for any public or commercial purpose without the respective organisation’s or entity’s written permission.

Termination
We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, if you breach the Terms.
All provisions of the Terms shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service.

Indemnity
The User unilaterally agree to indemnify and hold harmless, without objection, the Company, its officers, directors, employees and agents from and against any claims, actions and/or demands and/or liabilities and/or losses and/or damages whatsoever arising from or resulting from their use of www.scaledraw,com or their breach of the terms .

Intellectual Property
The Service and all contents, including but not limited to text, images, graphics or code are the property of ScaleDraw and are protected by copyright, trademarks, database and other intellectual property rights. You may display and copy, download or print portions of the material from the different areas of the Service only for your own non-commercial use, or to place an order with ScaleDraw. Any other use is strictly prohibited and may violate copyright, trademark and other laws. These Terms do not grant you a license to use any trademark of ScaleDraw or its affiliates. You further agree not to use, change or delete any proprietary notices from materials downloaded from the Service.

Liability
User agrees that neither Company nor its group companies, directors, officers or employee shall be liable for any direct or/and indirect or/and incidental or/and special or/and consequential or/and exemplary damages, resulting from the use or/and the inability to use the service or/and for cost of procurement of substitute goods or/and services or resulting from any goods or/and data or/and information or/and services purchased or/and obtained or/and messages received or/and transactions entered into through or/and from the service or/and resulting from unauthorized access to or/and alteration of user's transmissions or/and data or/and arising from any other matter relating to the service, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits or/and use or/and data or other intangible, even if Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

User further agrees that Company shall not be liable for any damages arising from interruption, suspension or termination of service, including but not limited to direct or/and indirect or/and incidental or/and special consequential or/and exemplary damages, whether such interruption or/and suspension or/and termination was justified or not, negligent or intentional, inadvertent or advertent.

User agrees that Company shall not be responsible or liable to user, or anyone, for the statements or conduct of any third party of the service. In sum, in no event shall Company's total liability to the User for all damages or/and losses or/and causes of action exceed the amount paid by the User to Company, if any, that is related to the cause of action.

REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Subscription Fees. Client (ScaleDraw Login) shall pay for all subscription fees, and hereby authorizes ScaleDraw (and its payment processors) to debit Client’s bank account or charge Client’s credit card, as stated on Client’s channel subscription and billing page.

Cancellation Policy. Client may cancel their subscription with ScaleDraw at any time. Client may cancel their subscription by login to their ScaleDraw Account and going to my billing page and choosing the “Change” or "Cancel" options under subscription and billing. A confirmation email receipt is sent to the Client with the expiration date of the subscription. Client can learn how to cancel, delete, or update their account.

ScaleDraw Login does not offer prorated refunds for cancelled subscription plans. There will be no refunds or credits for partial months of service, upgrade/downgrade refunds, or refunds for months unused with an open account. In order to treat everyone equally, no exceptions will be made.

All subscriptions, plans, are recurring and will automatically renew after the end of each paid subscription period.
